Collect from several factories, inspect once, relabel and re-carton to your spec, then ship as one lot. This is where scattered becomes shippable — and where mistakes are most likely, so every step is documented.
Who usually comes to us for this
- One purchase order is spread over 3–5 factories and you do not want separate shipments
- You need relabelling, barcodes, inserted manuals or gift-box assembly
- You want cartons labelled to platform rules and sent straight to FBA or an overseas warehouse
What we actually do
- 1
Inbound registration
Every carton is logged on arrival: quantity, carton size and shipping marks. Discrepancies are recorded on the spot and reported to you.
- 2
Sampling inspection
We sample by batch and quarantine problem goods before they mix into the lot — one bad batch should not hold a whole container.
- 3
Relabel and re-carton
We apply your label files and carton spec and issue a packing list, checking every item against platform templates where they apply.
- 4
Consolidate and ship
We consolidate by destination port and transit time, hand over to customs and booking, and push milestone updates to you.
What you receive
- Inbound log with a discrepancy list
- Sampling record and quarantine list
- Packing list and shipping-mark files
- Shipment manifest, exportable in platform templates
The two questions we get most
Can I use labelling only, without shipping?
Yes. Consolidation and labelling are standalone services; you can use your own forwarder and we hand over to their instructions.
What format should label files be in?
PDF or AI vector files as a rule, with barcodes at 300dpi or better. If unsure, send us the platform requirements and we check against the template before printing.
