Booking, customs, paperwork, arrival delivery. Cross-border freight most often stalls on who owns which step. We put the boundary — above all who pays duty — in writing on the quote, then execute section by section.
Who usually comes to us for this
- You are importing from China for the first time and are unsure which documents are needed
- You have a forwarder but keep getting stuck at export or destination clearance
- You want duty and compliance settled before shipping, not discovered at clearance
What we actually do
- 1
Routing and quote
We propose sea, air or express by volume, urgency and destination port — all-in or split pricing, with inclusions and exclusions spelled out.
- 2
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and declaration elements. We provide HS classification references with reasoning; the declarant makes the final call.
- 3
Export clearance
Release, booking and bill of lading confirmation, with milestone updates pushed to you rather than pulled.
- 4
Arrival follow-up
We track arrival and support destination clearance documents; if inspection or demurrage happens we tell you immediately with options.
What you receive
- Routing plan and cost breakdown with inclusions and exclusions
- Declaration and shipping document checklist
- Bill of lading and milestone tracking record
- Exception log for inspection, demurrage and the like
The two questions we get most
Who pays the duty?
It follows the Incoterm: under DDP we carry it and include it in the price; under DDU or EXW the consignee pays at destination. The quote states which one applies, so no surprise bill at clearance.
Who decides the HS code?
We give a reference classification with reasoning; the final declaration is yours or your broker's. Legal responsibility for misclassification sits with the declarant, and we will not decide that for you.
Tell us what you need, then we talk about how
The first consultation and requirement assessment are free, and the quote states scope and fee structure explicitly.
