We built our own brand, RadixWell, on this exact line: formula and packaging design, factory sampling, third-party testing, cross-border shipping. It is now open to outside clients — including the two numbers everyone asks first: MOQ and tooling cost, stated up front before sampling.
Who usually comes to us for this
- You want your own brand in a category you already sell, but do not know where step one is
- You have a design file or a formula and need a factory plus a compliance path
- You need low-MOQ, iterable white-label product to test the water first
What we actually do
- 1
Positioning and spec
We fix target market, price band and regulatory requirements first. Food, cosmetics and general merchandise have very different barriers, and this is where we draw the red lines.
- 2
Formula and packaging
We work with the factory's R&D or engineering team on formula or material, pack format and print process, and check the label for mandatory compliance elements.
- 3
Sampling and golden sample
Two to three sampling rounds as a rule, confirming hand-feel, colour, print and batch consistency. The approved golden sample becomes the production benchmark.
- 4
Production and testing
We follow the run, inspect to AQL, and arrange third-party test reports and compliance documents to the destination country's requirements.
What you receive
- Product spec sheet and packaging dieline
- Golden sample with archived photos
- Production schedule and follow-up log
- Third-party test report per destination requirements
The two questions we get most
How low can the MOQ go?
It depends on category and process: printed packaging often starts in the hundreds of units, while tooled structural parts run higher. MOQ and tooling cost are stated plainly before sampling — no vague answers.
Who owns the brand and the formula?
You do. We execute the supply chain only and take no stake in your brand assets or formula ownership. If confidentiality matters, we sign an NDA before any file exchange.
