Give us a drawing, a sample or a single sentence. We screen Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Huizhou, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing for 3–5 matching source factories, verify their credentials and lines, then put comparable quotes side by side. We do not pick for you — we make the differences visible.
Who usually comes to us for this
- You have a concept or a drawing but no supplier network in China
- Your current supplier has hit a price or quality ceiling and you need alternatives
- You want a small trial run to test the market, and factories say the volume is too low
What we actually do
- 1
Brief intake
We turn your concept, drawing or sample into a quotable brief: specs, materials, target price, expected annual volume and certification needs.
- 2
Factory shortlist
We lock candidates by category and cluster, check business licences and production scope first, then phone-screen capacity and export experience.
- 3
On-site visit
We visit the plant to verify lines, equipment, capacity and export record, and photograph what we see — only what we can show goes into the report.
- 4
Quote comparison
We collect 3–5 quotes on one template — tooling, sampling, packaging, lead time — and list every difference and hidden cost line by line.
What you receive
- A bilingual sourcing brief you can send to any factory as-is
- Shortlist sheet: address, product scope, capacity, export record
- On-site visit photos with a point-by-point record
- One-template quote comparison with the differences called out
The two questions we get most
How long does one sourcing round take?
Five to ten working days for common categories, covering shortlist and first-round quotes. Tooling or special processes take longer; we give you a schedule once the brief is confirmed.
What if none of the first-round factories fit?
We tell you why they miss — price band, process capability, MOQ — and run another round against your revised brief. The first consultation and requirement assessment are free.
Tell us what you need, then we talk about how
The first consultation and requirement assessment are free, and the quote states scope and fee structure explicitly.
