Project cases

How we work — the process says more than a number

Apart from our own brand RadixWell, projects are anonymised under confidentiality: no client names, no business figures. Outcomes are shown as what was delivered, not as how much was saved.

Own brand · namedEastern herbal wellness consumer brand
The problem
Build a brand from zero: formula, contract manufacturer, testing and cross-border shipping in one chain, with every step explainable to the outside.
What we did
  1. 1Once formula and packaging were fixed, we screened contract manufacturers in the cluster with the right qualifications and audited them on site
  2. 2Two sampling rounds to a golden sample, AQL inspection in production, testing arranged to destination-market requirements
  3. 3Labels and compliance statements finalised in parallel, with product page and store wording kept consistent
What was delivered
  • A product line with traceable sourcing and formula review records
  • Contract manufacturer credentials and on-site audit records
  • Test reports issued to destination-market requirements
  • Cross-border shipping and document chain

This is our own brand; brand and product information is public at radixwell.net and can be verified independently.

The problem
The incumbent supplier was unreliable on lead time with drifting tolerances. The client needed an alternative in the Greater Bay Area able to hold the same spec, and proof of consistency.
What we did
  1. 1Rebuilt the key dimensions and tolerances from the drawing into one quoting brief
  2. 2Shortlisted four factories, checked equipment and metrology at each, audited two on site
  3. 3Ran a small first batch with AQL sampling plus full dimensional records
What was delivered
  • One-template brief with a four-factory quote comparison
  • On-site audit reports for two factories
  • Full dimensional records and sampling report for the first batch

Client name, category detail and order value are withheld under confidentiality.

Anonymised profile B · consumer goodsCross-border e-commerce seller · multi-category assortment
The problem
One shipment had to cover several categories from different factories: consolidated in one place, inspected once, labelled to platform rules and shipped together.
What we did
  1. 1Registered every inbound carton and quarantined discrepancies before entering the consolidation area
  2. 2Sampled by category and held problem goods back from the main lot
  3. 3Relabelled to platform templates, issued the packing list, then consolidated the container
What was delivered
  • Inbound log and quarantine list
  • Sampling records by category
  • Packing list and shipping marks in platform templates

Client name, platform and sales data are withheld under confidentiality.

Anonymised profile C · first-time importerOverseas corporate procurement importing from China for the first time
The problem
Unclear which documents were required, who paid duty, and how the HS code would be set. Everything had to be settled before shipping.
What we did
  1. 1Ran an Incoterm comparison first, writing the handover point for EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP item by item, then chose one
  2. 2Listed the document set and destination market-entry requirements, filling gaps before shipment
  3. 3Provided a classification reference with reasoning; the final declaration was confirmed by the client or its broker
What was delivered
  • Incoterm comparison table: handover point and who pays what
  • Document checklist with market-entry requirements
  • Landed-cost estimate with duty and VAT listed separately

Client name and destination are withheld under confidentiality.
