Shipping & Customs Notes
Last updated: September 29, 2026
WhySource provides logistics and customs-coordination advice for sourced goods; actual transport is performed by you or your designated carrier. The following is for reference.
1. Shipping Methods
- We can help arrange international express (DHL/FedEx) or lines/consolidation, chosen per cargo attributes and destination.
- Transit times and freight are per the carrier's quotation.
2. Customs and Duties
- Cross-border shipments may incur import duties and taxes levied by the destination country, typically borne by the buyer (DDU/DAP).
- We declare true value and do not under-declare or mis-declare.
3. Restrictions and Compliance
- Sanctioned/embargoed regions cannot be served; some goods are restricted in certain countries—if delivery becomes impossible we will negotiate a refund or alternative.
4. Loss and Damage
- Loss or damage in transit is claimed from the carrier under the shipping terms; we assist you in filing the claim.
